When you are doing a group healing and we are connected by video, you don’t necessarily know who is on the call, you don’t even know our names, how is it that we are able to connect to the healing energy? Or if we are watching it over a recording, how do we connect to you and you to us? (12:29)
Noticing the pauses you created for us during the inner smile meditation and what happens during those pauses was the noticing of the story that was going on that was connected to my health challenge. I was really not aware of how important those pauses can be for that awareness to happen… and then when we connected back to the heart, my heart was really open, and the energy was transformed in this area. I am wondering when we practice on our own, how important it is to honor these spacious pauses in our own practice? (23:21)
I have Tinnitus and it’s really hard to sit in silence. I have a lot of anxiety because of the ringing that I will never get silence again. I am working on a 100 day Gong. What are your thoughts on the length and is it possible with acceptance and love to get over it? (26:10)
