Suggestions for Daily Practice
We invite you to commit a few minutes a day to focused Qigong practice. Developing a consistent daily practice, will result in the cultivation of a practice that is a gift to your health and your life.
We have uploaded the entire 5 Organ Sound Healing practice as well as a few meditations from the lessons into this Portal for your easy access to use on a daily basis
Our suggestion is to use the entire 5 Organ Sound Healing practice as your main focus for a period of time. Perhaps you would like to try to complete a Gong (100 days of this practice). (There is a downloadable PDF of a Gong as well as the explanation of this commitment to practice in this course under the chapter on Additional Resources/Support)
You may then supplement this main daily practice of your choice, with additional practices or meditations as your schedule and time allows.
Master Mingtong has also asked that we include reviewing the teaching sessions as part of our daily practice - remember-- the teaching IS practice and practice IS teaching!!
Find a routine that works for you and make your best effort to practice consistently every day!
