Here we continue working with the meditative movements of Lift Chi Up Pour Chi Down (LCUPCD) with a focus on the connection of the hands, arms, shoulders heart, and spine and the deep interior energetic experience of our body with the movements. We move from expanding our awareness to 3 feet around our physical body continually while doing the LCUPCD movements. Then connecting inwardly to the Senji Palace and Pure Consciousness, and deeply accessing our Inner Alignment.
