1. I loved the page you wrote in your book about setting the chi field. I noticed when we do the practice of setting the chi field, I get stuck. When we go in one direction at a time I feel out of balance. Is it OK to just go in all directions at once?
2. I couldn't stop yawning and feeling this incredible exhaustion. Can you speak about this phenomenon?
3. I often find during deep meditation that I am almost asleep and I am unaware of what you are saying is that OK?
4. This is my first time and I was losing my focus about halfway through. What should I focus my attention first on?
