Many people come to Qigong hoping to reduce or get off their medication.
Wisdom Healing Qigong is compatible with all forms of health treatment, including medication. Often, practitioners find that as they continue in their practice and the body/heart/mind changes, the need for various medications also shifts.
To change any medication levels, it is advised to work with your health care provider so that you can do so in a safe and supervised fashion.
In the above teaching session, Master Mingtong briefly shares some of the retreat experiences of students and the Wisdom Healing Qigong approach to medicine and the healing process.
