Average on exhale breath to release energy is 5 breaths.
Breathing with client at the same time creates rapport with unconscious minds and encourages client to let go.
Remember you can look at the list of affirmations from Module 3 for guidance on how to use language to create new energy to be placed into your client.
Creating new ball of energy (language used must be positive)
work with client as to what energy is to be placed back in
it is usually safe to think of the opposite of what was released when deciding on new energy to be placed back in
write down new language (affirmation) and ask client to state it out loud as we (the practitioner), as the conduit, flow the new affirmation through our giving hand
repeat and state the affirmation every day for another 31 days (explain the unconscious mind as the computer)
clients will ask how many times a day to state affirmation (Cindy suggests at least 4 times a day)
