This is a “growing” document!, and will become a prompt for your daily practice so that change can be easy.
The joy that Sevens innately feel and emanate is a crucial component of resilience and fulfillment in relationships, business and life. Yet so many put a “lid” on how much joy they let themselves feel.
They also have no limit on what they let themselves think about. They love to brainstorm ideas, which makes them great idea generators. They think outside the box.
Part of their joy comes from allowing themselves to be spontaneous, engage fully with life, optimistic, and playful.
They can also get consumed with accumulating a list of activities, things to DO, and then they can get scattered, not know what to focus on, and not achieve what they want to do. Their tendency is to engage in numerous activities to prove to themselves that they’re happy and life is good. It can become an insatiable appetite for anything at all.

Practice the mantra and the mudra as often as possible.
Practiced when you don’t need it. That’s how you strengthen the neural pathway. Then it’s more likely to be there for you when you do need it.
This is what makes change easy!
