Before beginning this lesson, please make sure you have a healing partner, either someone from the Facebook group or a friend or relative, who has consented to receiving a session from you. Once you have their consent, arrange a time for the healing to take place. Be mindful of time zone differences if this is a distant healing. Also, ask the person if there is an issue or focus that they would like for the healing. Once you have the agreed upon time for the healing, and have their consent and focus, then feel free to move ahead to the Day Six chapter and lesson.
