John Holland used the metaphor of (car – person – fuel) during a workshop Cindy attended years ago with him. She resonates with this teaching.
Physical Body = Car – when we reincarnate we choose a new car
Spiritual Body = the fuel-energy we feed the car – Spirit is are fuel body/energetic body
Soul Body = the person driving the car -soul reincarnates life after life (receiving soul lessons). It is impossible to remember in this lifetime every experience etc. our soul has experience in past lives because this stops us from overwhelm. At times our soul allows us to remember values, beliefs, events from past lives (which can be easy lessons or difficult).
Past Life Healing is based on the concept in which our soul can be triggered in this lifetime with either a positive or negative memory and healing may be required to learn from and let it go to stop interfering with lessons in this lifetime.
Cindy shares about Choice Points or Exit Points
