The Active Meditation of the Kahuna - Hakalau

This meditation is an ancient technique from Hawaii that will help you to connect with your angel team.

"When we are in our Hakalau, it is much easier to be open to receive communication from our Divine Team. Imagine yourself in a tunnel and you can only see directly in front of you; or place your hands on each side of your head so you are unable to see to either side. Then imagine seeing all around you without moving your head; this is the state you desire when doing Angel Healing Sessions. All you need to do is set intention to be in this state. We all do this naturally at different times, but for now set intention to be in this state during Angel Healing Sessions and increase your ability to connect with your team."
