There is no judgment. They’re all good! There’s a time and place for all of them. It’s useful to be able to choose from the whole range, rather than always from your default setting.
Be aware that you have a CHOICE in how you respond. Start to notice your default setting, and now and then, stretch yourself. If and when it’d be useful, make the conscious choice to respond differently.
