At 40 years old, Lance stepped away from Manpower and decided to become a business consultant, basing his teachings around Oneness. During his time teaching business at the university, he realized the textbooks were inadequate, prompting him to write his first book. Since then, 14 more books have been written and individuals, organizations, cities, and states have all benefited from his unique approach to coaching and mentoring.
