It combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing, delivering more oxygen to the body and brain. Laughter Yoga uses various laughter exercises that allows for prolonged and continuous laughter. She emphasizes that engaging in the exercise of laughter greatly increases the chances of feeling the emotions associated.
