NLP (NEURO LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING)

Neuro is about your neurological system.

Linguistic refers to the way human beings use language to make sense of the world, capture and conceptualize experience, and communicate that experience to others.

Programming draws heavily from learning theory and addresses how we code or mentally represent experience.
This model uses the concept that our five senses (sight, hearing, touch, taste and smell) take in two million bits of information at any one moment. Our conscious mind however, is only able to take in aprox. 7 bits of information during this same time period.
In order to compensate for this vast difference of intake the mind filters the events by deleting, distorting and generalizing the information through our language, memories, attitudes, values, beliefs, decisions, etc.
When we give information to our client it is an external event and then client runs it through their model of the world.
Cindy uses example 'snow'
How does client respond to the information given from us, the Practitioner, which was given from our Angel Team.
Conscious mind computes what is important to give to our computer (unconscious mind) by filtering through our model of the world
Key words to be aware of use during your sessions and in over-all communication
NOT and DON'T unconscious mind, computer, is unable to process
Reframe DON'T AND NOT - Cindy reframes these words 80% of the time with the word STOP
Example Cindy uses from an oracle card, "Don't worry," instead reframe and state, "Stop worrying," or "Stop Worry"
Reframe by removing Don't and Not
Affirmations - please never use a Don't or Not in an affirmation you will be giving the client the opposite of what you would like them to state and have within their computer
