Module 4: MOVING INTO ACTION
Time to create a plan that will support you in accomplishing what is most important and take action. This also means ways to keep you accountable. Distractions are everywhere.
Class Video 4 – MOVING INTO ACTION WITH A PLAN
Welcome back. Today, we begin to move into action. Take your work from last week and identify three things that you will commit to as you move forward. I am asking for only three because I don’t want you to be overwhelmed.
This process will support you in creating space for the “revealed purpose” to emerge. Please don’t make huge commitments that might throw you into exhaustion. This is a process and a journey. Not a destination.
I invite you to think about one of your action steps being… find a coach or accountability partner. This is someone that sees you and believes in you. This is someone that will encourage you to go forward… even when you feel scared or stuck. Of course, I am available and I have also trained coaches but this is not about working with me or my team. I want you to stay on track and we all need help to do that.
This is where the rubber meets the road and you become responsible for your life and your destiny.
Some of us say that we want to be accountable, but then balk at the amount of time and energy it takes to be 100% responsible to our agreements.
Here is the thing. EVERYTIME you break an agreement you are actually breaking a promise to yourself and therefore are instilling doubt and lack of trust somewhere in your consciousness. Then, you begin to draw that same energy to you. It can look different ways… like the energy of people that don’t keep their word and commitments or seeming betrayals. If we are not awake, we will begin to feel like a victim. Here is the truth: you will soar if you are intentional and honoring your agreements.
THIS WEEK:
- Take some time to honestly look at your willingness to be responsible and accountable.
- If you are in integrity, acknowledge yourself.
- If you are not, take some time this week to ask yourself how this behavior is taking you off purpose.
You want to visit this plan daily. Do something, even if it is only for 1-5 minutes. Accountability is easy when you take one step at a time. In fact, every step you take is a win. You will begin to notice the incredible ways in which the universe is showing up and your passions are being ignited and invited to express.
I am so thrilled for you and can’t wait to hear how you are progressing in the Facebook group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/playingbiggerwithcynthiajames/
