Through this Module you’ll learn about the “Third Way,” a unique transformational approach from Dr. Anneloes Smitsman, which she developed through her Doctoral research on systems change. The Third Way is part of her Leadership Alchemy process, and helps you to become conscious of the systemic transformation barriers that emerge from mechanistic growth archetypes and dualistic thinking patterns. Through the Third Way you’ll learn how to diagnose and transform the inner and outer systemic barriers that restrict our evolutionary potentials, and harm our world and future. These systemic barriers can take the form of dualistic polarization, divisions, entrapment, destructive behaviors, and resistance to learn from the pain we cause. Mechanistic systemic barriers are at the root of our sustainability crisis. Through this Module you’ll learn how to apply the Third Way to diagnose and transform these systemic barriers, in your life and work, as an alchemical process of transformation.
