Whether you’re a novice or a seasoned meditator, you’ll learn to release states of stress, anxiety, frustration, depression, and reactivity and discover a deep sense of presence and Awareness by learning to sense the Subtle Energy flow within you and all around.
The Raising Our Vibration Subtle Energy Meditation Course is a step-by-step guide to the magic of sensing Subtle Energy as a foundation for relaxation, health, transcendence, connection, and integration. Through Subtle Energy Awareness you discover a deeply felt sense of connection with your essential being, with others, with the One Life We All Share, and with who you are as Boundless Awareness. It’s a truly liberating experience!
Kevin Schoeninger and Stephen Altair have each practiced Subtle Energy Meditation for about 40 years and are excited to share this exhilarating practice with you!
In this course, you learn the two powerful inner skills and seven steps of Subtle Energy Meditation to make your meditation practice a deeply peaceful, effective, enjoyable, and transformational experience. You’ll learn to relax deeply, connect with your emotions in a healthy, healing, loving way, effortlessly find your clear quiet mind, and realize liberation beyond your individualized sense of self—AS Boundless Awareness. You’ll then learn to integrate this Awareness into your life, so you live with greater ease, flow, compassion, wisdom, and purpose.
The course is divided into 10 modules. For each module, you’ll read a chapter in the Raising Our Vibration book pdf, watch and practice along with the video for that module, and then practice the meditation for that week by following the guided meditation mp3. Each module has a different guided meditation and they build on each other in a progressive sequence.
You’ll create a Course Journal to record your responses to the exercises in each module and to take notes as you go along. A Meditation Log is included to track your daily practice as well as a Food and Mood Log that you’ll use in Module 4. We suggest you go through the modules one per week over the course of ten weeks or more, so you really benefit from practicing each meditation for at least seven days before going on to the next module and the next guided meditation. About Kevin and Stephen:
Kevin Schoeninger is an author and teacher of Mind-Body training. In 1984, he had a profound experience of still, silent, spacious, nondual awareness on a backpacking trip through the wilderness that set him on a lifelong quest exploring higher states of consciousness. This quest led him to study T'ai Chi, Qigong, mindfulness, meditation, Centering Prayer, Kriya Yoga, Holy Fire Reiki, and other mind-body training techniques.
Kevin graduated from Villanova University in 1986 with a Master’s degree in Philosophy, and is Certified as a Personal Trainer, Life Coach, Qigong Meditation Master Instructor, and Holy Fire Karuna Reiki Master Teacher. He has been writing about and teaching these techniques for over 35 years. His latest books are Clear Quiet Mind and Raising Our Vibration: A Guide to Subtle Energy Meditation, which are available on Amazon. Kevin now lives in Colorado with his wife and two sons.
Stephen Altair is an author and teacher of Light Body Awakening, including Mindfulness and Meditation. At a very early age, Stephen had a dream of being a monk and experiencing the cosmic sound and light, an experience which fostered his awakening into self-awareness and a curiosity and deep love for all spiritual paths. This curiosity led him to study T'ai Chi, Qigong, meditation, Kriya Yoga, Reiki, and other mind-body training techniques. Stephen graduated from Auckland and Otago University with degrees in Education and Business and was Certified as a Counsellor with the Counsellors and Psychotherapists Association of New South Wales in Australia. He has been writing and teaching meditation techniques for over 30 years. His latest books are Diary of a Yogi and Raising Our Vibration: A Guide to Subtle Energy Meditation, which are available on Amazon. Stephen now lives in Japan with his wife and daughter.
Kevin and Stephen are passionate about the awakening of awareness, uplifting of human consciousness, and care of all beings and our Planet through meditation, compassionate action, and daily practice.
