As founder of the Conscious Business Institute, Peter shares his insights on opening up the potential in businesses by understanding their needs and visions and offering solutions to their problems through a new, more holistic, perspective and approach.

With host John Thomas, Peter speaks about his approach to helping business connect to oneness to achieve success:

“If I can fulfill somebody's desires [in terms of business needs] that might not be a [spiritually oriented] person at all in one of these large organizations, [but] they are going to be eternally grateful if I can help them solve that problem. Along the way, what we find is that these consciousness approaches usually fulfill these desires but provide them with a much bigger perspective that they would have never thought about. So we come in through the backdoor with consciousness in these approaches that we're talking about here. On the front end, we're really of service to solving people's problems and fulfilling their desires.”

Peter Matthies is a former technology entrepreneur, venture capitalist, and founder of the Conscious Business Institute, an international organization focused on providing new leadership approaches for global organizations, including BMW Group, Intel, Siemens, Allianz Insurances, and other companies. He has published a couple of books and over 100 articles on business, finance, leadership, martial arts, and technology. Peter also serves as a global advisor and German Chair of the Climate Prosperity Alliance and is on the board of several for-profit and non-profit organizations.
