Join Steve Farrell as he talks with Lance Secretan, university professor, former CEO of Manpower, Inc., award winning columnist, and author of 15 books, who is currently known for his teaching and writing about conscious leadership.
At 40 years old, Lance stepped away from Manpower and decided to become a business consultant, basing his teachings around Oneness. During his time teaching business at the university, he realized the textbooks were inadequate, prompting him to write his first book. Since then, 14 more books have been written and individuals, organizations, cities, and states have all benefited from his unique approach to coaching and mentoring.
Listen as Lance takes you through our fall from Oneness to separateness and sets our feet firmly on the path back to Oneness again, taking us back to the circular thinking of our ancestors. Using our healthcare system as an example, he gives everyone a relevant picture of our disconnectedness. With this information in mind, he then proceeds to mingle the “woo-woo, on the edge” kind of knowledge with business acumen, merging the two into one.
