The practices in this series are part of the material channeled by Paul Temple from his spirit guide Althor. Althor has given Paul a vision for the next step in human evolution: a species of humans with fully awakened hearts creating a peaceful and collaborative civilization on Earth. With each practice Paul offers a sound transmission with a Vajrayana mantra. The mantras are vibrational seed sounds encoded to resonate and sympathetically activate the pure diamond – Vajra - light in our hearts.
