Ting Ting Guan

Ting Ting Guan was born in China and has dedicated her life to exploring the healing benefits of movement and imagination. She has spent over a decade in the wellness industry and firmly believes we are all capable of repairing the mind, body, and spirit through cultivating life force energy.

Ting Ting is the founder of the GuanJing Method and, along with her online courses and classes, also hosts retreats and oversees GuanJing Method teacher trainings in various locations throughout the world. She currently resides in the Los Angeles area, but with her love of travel, you can find her developing new movements for her method in tropical jungles and other landscapes rich with natural life-force energy.

Leia Cohen

Leia Cohen was born in Canada and has been training in Tai Chi and Qigong since 2006. Throughout her life, Leia has lived among various ethnic cultures around the globe. A large part of her training has come from her rich life experience. Leia wants to live in a world where people from all walks of life meet and share their knowledge, where people maintain healthy lifestyles and feel their best.

In 2012, she moved to China with her two children to a traditional martial arts academy. There she homeschooled and trained Tai Chi intensively for three years until she was certified as a Master Tai Chi Instructor.

In 2016 she graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a holistic health coach. She brings her varied capabilities and life experience to people through her love for teaching and healthy lifestyle. Utilizing her expert skill set as a Master Tai Chi Instructor and health coach Leia Cohen has developed a very successful YouTube channel where she teaches easy-to-follow Tai Chi for beginners.

She encourages you to find balance through movement and eating healthy whole foods. Her students say that she makes learning Tai Chi easy. When she is not teaching online you can find her scoping out beautiful locations around the globe and filming more videos for her students to follow.
