Using this flexible, seven-step tool will allow you to experience connection with any aspect of higher consciousness you choose, whether that be your cosmic team of guides, loved ones in spirit, master teachers, or any other non-physical beings whose wisdom, guidance, teaching, or comfort you wish to access. She will also explore what she calls the “I” that precedes the seven steps, and why it is important not only in making the connection with spirit, but in successfully navigating all aspects of your life.
