Take out your Mantra Sheet that you filled out during the last call. You’ll be adding to it. If you need another one, go ahead and print it again, and — this is important — fill in your final mantra from last time.
This is a “growing” document!, and will become a prompt for your daily practice so that change can be easy.
The green score here reflects the Three’s ability to believe in themselves, with no doubt they deserve their dreams or whatever they want, know how to achieve it, and do it!
Strange as it may sound, many people don’t believe they deserve their dreams, get scattered and procrastinate, never going for what they want.
When every day is a “new normal,” challenging in previously unimagined ways, and we NEED to keep our dreams alive.
The challenge is that Threes can get so focused on moving towards their goals and being seen and acknowledged for all of their achievements, that they focus on the image of success whether it’s true or not.
They may also neglect others, afraid there isn't enough time and they won't achieve their goals.

Practice the mantra and the mudra as often as possible.
Practiced when you don’t need it. That’s how you strengthen the neural pathway. Then it’s more likely to be there for you when you do need it.
