This is a “growing” document!, and will become a prompt for your daily practice so that change can be easy.
The gift here is to integrate all parts of you, so that your thoughts, feelings and actions are aligned. I call this “internal integrity.” When done well, it’s done with grace and poise.
Criticizing — yourself or others — doesn’t really go well. It’s different and more painful than constructive feedback, which has kindness in it!
Criticism zaps your motivation because you may feel doomed to fail, and when done to others, can push them away. And we most often do this with those we most need in our lives.

Do you need more of the One’s gift, or something to diminish the challenge? Perhaps it’s some of each.
Take out your Mantra Sheet, and write down your final mantra for Type Nine in the appropriate box.
Practice the mantra and the mudra as often as possible.
Practiced when you don’t need it. That’s how you strengthen the neural pathway. Then it’s more likely to be there for you when you do need it.
This is what makes change easy!
