Explore 81 Facets of Mind through 12 unique sessions with Karuna from Light on Kundalini. In total, there are 42 meditations to take you on a journey through different aspects and projections of the mind.
Karuna offers a heart centered and deep meditative journey through the deepest corridors of the mind space. Feel safe and protected as you explore, heal, and grow through yogic meditation, mantra, mudras and kriyas as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
Take this course with you as you learn about your habits, how to become aware and ultimately clear your subconscious and unconscious tendencies that perpetuate pain and suffering. Jump in and journey to your happiest, joyful, highest self this incarnation has to offer.
The sessions play in order from the aspects and projections of the Negative Mind, Positive Mind, and Neutral Mind. One can be attuned to parts of each mind that may be out of balance, and practice a particular meditation or kriya to bring it into harmony.
